Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from the UK or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to British Pound Sterling.

All Payment transactions are made through the secure PayPal site

We accept Visa and MasterCard and American Express as well as PayPal direct .If we have no stock your order will be blocked and you will not be allowed to proceed with an order unless we currently have stock
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Shipping And Handling  Next day delivery

We ship only via a carrier. Our chosen carrier is DPD.  If an order is place before 4pm Mon through to Thursday we will ship the same day for next day delivery. If an order is placed on Friday then we will deliver on the Monday

We offer one of the most advanced shipping systems available to ensure you receive your purchase quickly. Please supply a delivery address that has someone availabe to receive the package as the Carrier will require a signuture as proof of delivery.

You will be informed when the goods are shipped and supplied with a tracking number.

Tax Charges

Vat is charged where required by law. Note certain work safety boots are VAT exempt

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Your email  and contact details may be used for news or promotional information but only from the Group companies.

Returns Policy 

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 12 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed (see below).

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. For example if the goods have been worn, stained or damaged this will effect your right of return. Any tags much still be attached to the garment and if they were bagged that must also be included with the garments.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Faulty Goods 

Any goods that you deem as faulty will be inspected and if faulty workmanship is confirmed a refund will be made or a replacement will be sent depending on your requirement. Your return postage will also be paid for mainland UK orders.

We do reserve the right to return to the manufacturer for a chemical analysis to verify any material stress caused by washing at incorrect temperature.

Sizing Problems

When ordering workwear remember that the material used is much stronger than fashion clothing and therefore will not give or stretch  as normal clothing tends to do. Please ensure that you choose a size that is large enough.

We will exchange goods if you have chosen the wrong size but please note

Any goods being returned must be unworn,undamaged and in the original packaging.

The above does not affect your statuary rights.


If goods are returned that are not faulty or being replaced with a different size then any shippings costs back to us is the customers responsibility.
