Returns Policy

Any goods that are found to be faulty will be exchanged and your return postage paid.

Before returning ring Free Phone 0800 0190 552 and get a Returns number which must be noted and sent back with the faulty article.

The goods will be inspected and if faulty workmanship is confirmed a refund will be made  or a replacement will be sent depending on your requirement.

We do reserve the right to return to the manufacturer for a chemical analysis to verify any material stress caused by washing at incorrect temperature.

Sizing Problems

When ordering workwear remember that the material used is much stronger than fashion clothing and therefore will not give or stretch  as normal clothing tends to do. Please ensure that you choose a size that is large enough.

We will exchange goods if you have chosen the wrong size but please note

If goods are returned that are not faulty or being replaced with a different size a restocking charge of of 20% of the value of the purchase will be applied.
